We came three different times for food and drinks and enjoyed every visit. The meals were fresh and tasty, with good-sized portions at fair prices. The beach is kept clean, and the resort has a lovely Thai look, with pretty bungalows, including some right on the sand. The owner has a lot of character and gives the place its charm, while the rest of the staff are warm and genuine too. It seems many guests stay for a long time and return, so it must be a good place to stay.

Song and her lovely team made our stay comfortable and pleasant, and the hotel is a great place to switch off. The staff are very friendly and helpful; most speak English, so communication is easy. Breakfast has a good buffet with seasonal tropical fruit, eggs, bacon and Thai dishes. The freshly cooked lunch and dinner can feel a bit samey after a few days. Our room had a kettle, tea and coffee, and a small fridge.

We stepped out of our bungalow onto a deserted beach that stretched for 3 km. The resort is quiet and well maintained, and the bungalows are excellent quality. A lovely place if you're after peace and nature.
