Palm Garden Resort Khaolak

The pool area was peaceful, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone, and we had no issues with the rooms or cleaning. The resort has a relaxing feel, lovely professional staff, and nice food and breakfast. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the nearest 7eleven&ATM is 1km away. Otherwise, no complaints. Great value for money.

We stayed for three nights in February 2026. It was quiet, good value, and the pool had enough sunbeds for everyone who wanted one. The room was adequate, with good air conditioning and a fan, which we really needed with 90% humidity. The staff provided fantastic service. The location worked for us: it's not central, but the night market and main strip toward the sea are a 10-minute walk away. Khao Lak centre is 40 minutes on foot in the other direction, with some more upscale gift shops. My main issue was how firm the beds were. Sleeping was uncomfortable, so I'd recommend the place only if a hard bed doesn't bother you.

Bobby made everything easy by helping me book tours and transport to and from Khao Lak. The restaurant in the hotel is tasty, and the whole staff are sweet and helpful. I liked having a little quiet time away from the main street. The rooms were great, and the price felt fair for the location, service, and rooms. The pool is nice too. Thanks again. I'd highly recommend it if you're after somewhere simple and low key.

The staff were always smiling and happy to help us with anything. It was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Our room was spacious and really nice, the air conditioning worked very well, and we had a little porch of our own. We had a great time at Palm Garden resort.
