K2 Hotel@Thachang

The Family Room was clean and nicely decorated, though the clothes hooks and rails were set too high for shorter people to reach easily. We stopped for one night to rest during a drive from north to south. The receptionist on duty on the night of 12-Sep-2023 looked after us so well. She was warm, kind, and friendly, and my mom wanted to give her a big compliment for the service. Being inside a PTT petrol station made food and other essentials easy to get. The restaurants are open daily from 5am to 11pm, and there's a 24-hour 7-eleven. It was a good stay for us.

Really happy with the stay, 100000/10. The shower had strong water pressure and the air con was cold. The staff member who explained the room types was so friendly and polite, always smiling. She made my day at check-in and check-out, and the hotel is lucky to have her at the front desk. I'll come back. Prices were 690 bath for a sgle bed and 590bth for a twin bed. It's inside the ptt petrol stn, close to 7e, cafe Amazon, and food, including noodles and five star chic fried.

For 599 baht a night, with a 200 baht deposit returned at checkout, it's an option for a driver who's too sleepy to keep going. It's in a gas station, with a convenience store and plenty of food shops nearby. I've never stayed in a hotel like this before.

The room itself was good, but I could never get the wifi password from the staff. They told me I could either check out and pay again at their other hotel, or make a special request to the manager. He didn't answer his phone, though they said he'd come by tomorrow afternoon. Grrrrrrr.
