No one answered when I called, which was frustrating when I needed help. There was no elevator, and I had to carry my heavy luggage from the ground floor to the upper floors without anyone offering to assist. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the staff were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Service clearly wasn't a priority. Breakfast was advertised as included, but none was provided, which felt misleading. The stay was uncomfortable, and the hotel fell short on service, cleanliness, and honesty. I wouldn't recommend it and won't stay here again.

The riverside scenery is lovely from this resort's raft-style rooms, which were quite clean. If you leave the bathroom light on, though, a kind of harmless insect commonly shows up inside. There's a restaurant on site serving nice Thai-style food at fair prices. You can order food to your room as well, but there's a delivery fee.

The rafting trip was one of my worst travel experiences. It came with extremely loud music, which goes against the idea of a natural retreat and seems really bad for the animals nearby. Judging by the other guests' faces, I'm not sure most of them enjoyed it either. This activity should be banned. The rooms were dirty and smelled terrible, and the place was totally overpriced. Breakfast was disgusting, so I tried the coffee shop, which says it opens at 9am, but nobody was there until 10am. Probably the worst hotel I've tried in Kanchanaburi.

The view is okay, but I found the waterslide unsafe: the electric plug is installed near the water, which seems very dangerous. The pool ladder and slide are very small and could cause someone to slip, and the life jackets come in only one adult size. The bathroom in the room was very dirty, and many staff members didn't have a good service attitude.

The view was beautiful, the prices were fantastic, and the restaurant had lovely food and service. The toilets were clean and easy to use for adults and our children, aged 2 and 6.
