Areeca Pool Villa

It’s a spacious, clean, and really nice quiet place. There was everything we needed as a family, and my kids and I had a great time. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the internet worked well. Just keep an eye on electricity use, since visitors pay for it at the end of their stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

I came on my own for 10 days over Songkran and the days after, hoping for somewhere peaceful to relax, read, swim, write, and cook. That’s exactly what I found. Even during Songkran, I didn’t hear any loud parties. The facilities looked like the pictures and were clean, in good working order, and spacious. Staff were friendly and easy to reach, without hovering or interrupting all the time. At check-in they asked about daily cleaning. I declined and said I’d message the front desk if I needed anything, and that worked well. Getting Grab rides and deliveries was easy, and Villa Market was a short drive away for groceries.

The location is good, and these pool villas work well for a larger family or a group of friends. Each has three bedrooms and a shared living and kitchen area.

There’s no service from midnight until 8am, the location is really bad, and you have to order any food yourself. The internet was poor and the TV was in Thai. We didn’t stay even one night and weren’t given a refund, although the booking information didn’t say we’d have to order food from outside.
