We didn’t manage to stay at the hotel because we visited Phuket at the last minute and every room was booked. Next time, we’ll try to reserve earlier. Even so, the manager was very helpful in arranging a Similan Islands tour with Sea Star, and we had a wonderful day. Sea Star organized transport to and from the hotel in a clean van, plus breakfast, lunch, water, clean towels, snorkeling gear, and fins. They even provided anti-seasickness pills. The health and safety instructions were followed carefully. We really appreciated the help and highly recommend the experience.

A simple place for a night’s stop, especially before a flight. The airport transfer in both directions is included in the price. It’s not far from the “centre,” and the small room was clean, with air conditioning, a bathroom and toilet, TV, fridge, and wardrobe. Wi-Fi was slow, but this seems more suited to an overnight stay than spending time in the room. A good fit for undemanding travellers.

Handy for a late arrival or an early flight, with airport pickup and drop-off provided by the hotel. The rooms are decent, and they have free drinks, cake, and pot noodles.

After staying in lots of places, I’d say our first one, Phuket Best Travel, was the best. She’s so nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean. She even offered coffee, noodles, and cakes. We also booked a tour through them and it was amazing. Highly recommend!

I came away with only good impressions and would recommend this hotel. The hostess was friendly and always ready to help. The location worked well too, close to the airport and not far from the beach. I loved everything.
