Don’t rent a room from them, and don’t let them manage your apartment. This is easily the most disrespectful and unprofessional apartment rental company in Phuket.

Never trust them with renting a room, and don’t let them manage yours either. They’re probably the worst company to work with in Phuket.

For the price, this hotel is good. Our one-bedroom room looked out onto the forest, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils. We had hot enough water, but no filter or mixer. My main complaint is the old shower head, which has such a weak flow that washing long hair is almost impossible. I ended up washing mine in the sink. You’ll need to buy your own dish sponge, toilet paper, and ant poison. Once we put the poison down, the ants went away. A big plus is Audy restaurant just one step down. The food is awesome, prices are low, and it’s clean and friendly. You won’t want to look for somewhere else to eat.

The location is pretty good for the area, but the place felt a bit tired. We stayed in a penthouse. The rooftop stairs were treacherous, and the tree planters were broken, though I was glad the washing machine worked. It didn’t feel worth what we paid. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that music from nearby beach clubs can be heard. Also take note: electricity costs 8 THB per kWh and isn’t included in the booking price. That’s something to factor in for a long stay.
