The people are what made my time at TheLifeCo feel so special. Everyone was kind, committed, and truly caring, and you could tell they believed in what they do. The calm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to settle in and get into the detox plan. Healthy habits and the diet felt surprisingly natural there. I left feeling recharged, with a chance to reconnect with myself and meet some lovely people too. I’m grateful for the experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting a reset for body and mind.

I had a really positive stay at TheLifeCo Phuket Wellbeing Center. The program was enjoyable and supportive, and Doctors Polina and Gon were both caring and professional. Jom and MJ’s classes were excellent. Everyone working at the center, from reception to meals and behind the scenes, was kind and helpful. They made everything run smoothly.

With a day pass at The LifeCo Center Phuket, I tried spine yoga, the cold plunge, and sound healing. The plunge was tough but rewarding, while the sound session was calmer than I expected. Everything was relaxing and well organized. Highly recommended. .

The setting at The LifeCo Phuket was peaceful and comfortable, and I especially liked the daily beach walk, yoga, and educational talks. There was also an impressive range of treatments and therapies. The team were attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my detox. By the end of the stay I felt refreshed and revitalized, and the program seemed very effective for me. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone considering a detox, with the staff, treatments, and beautiful surroundings making for a great wellness experience.
