⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish I could give this tranquil hotel five stars. After a bumpy transfer from Koh Kradan, we arrived hot and exhausted and found everything so, so clean. The staff were all smiles and very service-minded. Our deluxe double room had an enormous, comfy bed and air conditioning in just the right spot, so we could set the temperature without cold air blowing straight onto the bed. The balcony was actually a huge terrace overlooking the urban neighbors. The one issue is the noise. Either the rooms need a lot more sound insulation, or guests need to be more considerate 😌. I can't recommend the place enough!

The room was spacious, and the bed and blanket were comfortable, but ours didn't have a TV. I'm not sure whether the other rooms do. Shops and a food bazaar are easy to get to nearby, though the bazaar is non-halal. There's no lift, so you'll need to use the stairs to reach levels 2 and 3. The receptionist was really helpful with bookings and even suggested a good massage place in town.

Check the price carefully when booking online, since the lowest rate shown wasn't accurate and the more expensive option was the one available. The small night market is on one side, and the hotel sits among other buildings at the end of some tight roads. It's a little isolated and dark, with flying insects at night because there's greenery around, but it is quiet. We were welcomed by a kind, friendly, thoughtful and understanding staff member, which made check-in a great experience. The building and rooms were clean. There's no wardrobe, just wall hangers, but the rooms have a fridge and a more spacious bathroom. Breakfast from Richy Restaurant wasn't disappointing at all. The Bacon & Brie was best, with fragrant cheese mixed into the omelette. You can share it with someone having Classic Breakfast for a balanced combo. There's a small open parking area in front, though the nearest convenience store is about 1 km away.

We travelled as four and got a spacious room that was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room also had umbrellas, a thoughtful touch. The lobby has a welcoming, relaxing feel, and there's a small pool with beautiful koi fish. Sitting with a coffee and watching them swim was so calming. The location is great if you have your own transport, but even without it, most places are an easy 5-10 minute walk. There's a night market right outside with lots of tasty food to try. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely book here again on our next visit to Trang. 😊
