The bus station is close by, and the staff are nice, but the hotel feels like a huge, smelly place. The rooms are dated and the atmosphere is depressing. It costs well above budget prices, too. Bring something to keep yourself entertained unless you enjoy awful Thai TV.

For 600-700 baht, the room had what we needed, and Robinson department store is about a 10-minute walk away near the city center. The hotel is pretty old, though. It was kind of OK for what we paid.
