The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked three times for kitchenware to eat my food, and they refused each time, even though Agoda advertises sanitised kitchenware and a snack bar. The owner showed no interest in sorting it out either. Avoid this hotel if friendly staff and good customer service matter to you.

The location and service are very good, though my earlier stay in July 2022 was better. This time, guests in the next room talked and went in and out all night, so we moved to another room. The reception staff helped a lot, which I appreciated. One thing missing is an internet connection to the TV. It’s okay for a short stay, but gets pretty boring on a longer one.
