Easy to get around from here, and the rooms are clean. The price is fair too.

The building looks lovely, and the caretaker or owner, I couldn't tell which, was attentive and did their best. But the room itself needs work, especially the bed and air conditioner. The AC was loud and barely cooled the room, so I was sweating while trying to sleep. The mattress was hard, and the pillows felt like balloons and left my neck hurting. Both were covered in PVC, like apartment bedding. I couldn't sleep, and the next morning I was exhausted and couldn't work. Parking is tight, with space for only about 10 cars. I wanted to ask for 500 baht back. Please replace the mattress and pillows, particularly in the daily rental rooms, and fix the air conditioner. Daily guests pay a lot compared with monthly renters. If other people are happy with this standard, that's their choice, but I was very unhappy. Daily renters shouldn't be expected to accept a lower standard than monthly renters.

There are restaurants nearby, and the place has parking. The rooms are nice too.
