The room itself was okay, but it wasn’t as clean as the listing led me to expect. There was a very obvious urine stain behind the toilet seat. My window looked straight at a nearby building, so there was little privacy or anything to look at. The hotel has a nice concept, though the stay didn’t quite live up to the listing. Staff were polite, but not very helpful, and it was hard to communicate because they spoke only Thai. Noise made it difficult to rest too: other guests were loud in their rooms and in the hallway from as early as 5 a.m. It might work for a short stay, but better cleaning, noise control, and guest service would make a big difference.

For 500 baht, this is a top choice for me. It’s very close to a 7-Eleven and a shopping street with plenty of food at night, and the bicycle parking seemed safe. The room was clean and everything worked well. There’s fast wifi, a socket and light by the bed, plus an electric kettle and free coffee in the room.

We picked it mainly because the price was so reasonable for an overnight stay, and it was generally good value. On arrival, though, the air-conditioning started making a very loud noise every few minutes. Staff spent a long time trying to fix it, but couldn’t, so we asked to move to another room.

The standard room I booked was modern, nicely furnished, and had plenty of space. The price felt reasonable for that kind of accommodation. Reception staff spoke enough English to answer questions and communicate well. It’s an ordinary hotel, but a nice one, and I’d recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in Uttaradit for a while.

We only stayed one night, and it was very quiet. Nice hotel in a good location, with a large room, aircon, and a hot shower.
