For the price, think of it as a basic motel. The room was fine and clean enough, the bed was large, and I didn't hear much from the neighbors. The pool was out of service, which was frustrating since we were looking forward to using it after a long drive.

The owners are kind and helpful, and the rooms are tidy and comfortable. The place looks good, too, but the thin walls make noise a real issue. Doors get slammed, and my neighbor checked in at 11 pm, which made for a very unpleasant night. In Asia, people don't seem to think about their neighbors at any hour. Breakfast was only acceptable, though at 490 baht the low price makes that understandable.

It's very clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant smells, and I'd recommend staying here. Noise carries if people are loud inside the building, though. I couldn't hear the road or most sounds from outside.

The rooms are new, the pool is great, and there's a grill ready if you want to have a barbecue. The owner is very friendly and the price is reasonable. We arrived at night, but couldn't get on the Wi-Fi because the password wasn't in our room. The next day we noticed it had been posted in the stairway.

The owner is friendly, helpful, and speaks good English. The rooms are artistic, clean, and comfortable, and the pool is a lovely extra on a hot day. It's a really quiet place. I found it by chance and will come back.
