The apartment felt cozy, and the staff were really helpful. We also had a pool and a gym where you can work every muscle if you get a little creative. The place isn’t the newest and the room wasn’t anything special, but we arrived expecting something much worse from the reviews and found a completely different apartment.

The security guard was the worst part. One of them was violent and arrogant, kicked my motorbike and nearly made me fall, then punched me in the face. He acted like it was some kind of military rule. There was also a noisy cleaner. Still, this is a beautiful condominium in a great Phuket location, close to Central Festival Phuket. My room was good, and there’s a small gym and swimming pool. Some of the staff are nice.

There’s a persistent bad smell around the complex, including inside the building. Maybe it’s from the sewer or a pond with sewage, I’m not sure. The gym is small, but for three stars I think it’s okay.

The repair staff were the one bright spot. They tried to help, and I’m very grateful to them. At reception, though, nobody seemed to know anything. The room wasn’t like the pictures and smelled damp. There were yellow marks on the walls and stains on the mattress. The bed was two mattresses stuck together in the middle with tape, and the linen wasn’t changed. The furniture needs replacing. There weren’t basic essentials, and I couldn’t find a mop anywhere in this condonium. The air conditioning was dirty and didn’t work when I arrived, though someone later came and fixed it. Dust falls out of the very dirty toilet ventilation. The kettle didn’t work, and the refrigerator works poorly, with water running down its walls, so it needs defrosting every three days. The fitness room was disgusting too, with half the machines not working properly. Terrible service.
