Pantai Kelapa is a great spot for a morning jog along the beachfront road. The room was quite clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. There’s a pool and gym too, though both are relatively small. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and for the price it still feels a bit overpriced, so it’s not the best value for money yet.

The staff are nice, and the place has a small gym, swimming pool, and meeting hall. It’s a nice hotel and service apartment in Pantai Kelapa, Dili. The two-storey apartment units are quite spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washroom, and a kitchen. The same company manages or owns The Excelsior Hotel.

I’ll choose this sweet spot again when I’m back in Dili. Laundry and the airport shuttle are complimentary, and everything else is above average for a place like this in Dili. The hotel could use some sprucing up.

A simple, nice hotel. The rooms are clean and big enough, though a bit noisy. Breakfast is simple too, and the staff are friendly.

The beach right beside the hotel makes the setting really relaxing, and the location is great. But the rooms need a serious upgrade. My bed wasn’t comfortable, and there were cleanliness issues. With improvements to the rooms, this place could be much better given its excellent setting.
