I booked this hotel through Ayan Travel for my trip to Turkmenistan, and its location worked really well for my stay. The staff were friendly and spoke very good English. The sauna and hammam were a big plus for me. Aina gave me what may have been the best massage I've ever had, so I came back a few days later for another. It was also very affordable, $43USD for 90 minutes. I'd stay here again if I came back to Ashgabat.

Staying at this hotel felt like being in a presidential palace. I loved the experience!

I loved the omelette at breakfast, which was excellent. The hotel is lovely and centrally located in Ashgabat, with large, exceptionally clean rooms and friendly, helpful reception staff. The one disappointment was that the bar and restaurant both closed at 11:00pm. It's a shame the night bar is no longer open.

I came back to Ashgabat quite recently and want to add that the manager is always helpful. The front desk staff are consistently smiling, supportive and positive. When I wrote last year, I said the staff were the friendliest I'd ever met, the service was top class, and it felt like a home away from home. I still absolutely love it.

The food choices and amenities were incredible. The staff went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable that the Divan felt like home, while the stay itself felt like royalty. I know where I'll try to stay next time I go back to Ashgabat.
