It is 700 m from the private beach and a complimentary shuttle is available. Modes of local public transport include buses, taxis and more. The hotel was built in 1989 with 137 rooms. It is surrounded by nature but close to the centre and was renovated in 2003 so that it meets the needs of today's guests. It will entice you with its bougainvillea and jasmine in the garden as well as with its personal service, where everything is done to provide guests with relaxation. In the main restaurant guests are offered refined national and international cuisine.

We had a fantastic trip and stayed busy with something to do every day. The pirate day out and safari were especially good, and there's plenty to see and do. We also enjoyed the old town, its food, and the amazing beach. Tunisia has so much potential, though years of neglect are starting to show. The hotel area is in poor shape, with buildings left half-built or empty, even though it seemed meant to become a great holiday destination. Back in 2011, the hotel itself was lovely, the pool was great, and the staff were really nice. The one thing that got on my nerves was the salesman in the hotel shop, a con artist. I've been disappointed reading so many negative comments about how the place has gone downhill since then. Still, we kept ourselves occupied and it turned into one of the best holidays I've had.

The room was awful. The floor, bed, and furniture were filthy, and the shower, sink, and toilet were broken. There was no running water or AC. My husband went straight to reception, and they moved us, but the second room was just as bad. Its TV was badly broken with wires cut up, and it sparked as if it might catch fire, so we unplugged it. We had to ask for fresh sheets and make the bed ourselves. When we requested toilet paper or towels, they wouldn't bring them, and my husband had to complain again at reception. At dinner there were large wet patches on the floor, so I warned him to watch his step. In the dining room, large roaches were crawling over the tables. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't trust the nice photos online, they're fake.
