The food service was the one small positive: the young staff smiled and tried, even though serving was chaotic and food sometimes got dropped on the floor. Apart from that, the stay was a complete disaster, and I think this hotel should close. It wasted our money and ruined our trip. Room service came just once every four days, and all they did was clean the floor. No fresh towels or changed sheets. The room itself was disgusting, with dirty sheets, a dirty roof, a filthy bathroom, and no proper water for the shower. They said they'd fix the water but nobody came. The pillows were awful, the bed looked like it came from the 1970s, and everything seemed broken and neglected. The reception staff were angry and unfriendly, with no smile, and made us feel homeless instead of welcome. They took 2 Tunisian dinars from us. A kind waitress on the night shift later returned 1.8 dinars from her own pocket, all she had. She was decent, unlike the rest of the staff, who acted like a gang that didn't welcome or care about guests. The receptionist behaved like a dictator, as if even speaking to us was a favor. The cleaning manager was just as bad, with no standards. A useless little iron bar was all that closed the window, and it did nothing for safety. The whole place felt dirty, depressing, and unsafe.

We left after just one night. There were no towels or baby crib, though we were told both would be brought shortly. Cleanliness, food, the room, and service were all zero for us. This place seems suited to locals who are satisfied with less, not people expecting comfort and service. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

The pool was good, though it has a gay slide, so be warned. The food was bland, rooms dirty, insects everywhere, and the Wi-Fi bad. The complaints just keep piling up.

I had a disappointing stay. The hotel fell well short of what I expected, and I wouldn't choose to stay there again.
