We thought the apartment was excellent value for money. The rooms matched the photos exactly. Although our flight was delayed and we arrived very late, at 3.30am, the owner had arranged a very cheap airport transfer that was waiting for us. He kept in touch during the journey and was there when we arrived. He was easy to reach and answered our questions straight away throughout the stay.

The good points were the nature and some friendly people in town. The apartment had serious problems, though: the window beside the door had a broken lock, so anyone could open it from outside and get into the room. In winter, the central heating and hot water repeatedly cut out overnight, when it was around +10°C outside. The internet also went down. The property is between two petrol stations, each about 50 m away up and down the street. Traffic was heavy, with exhaust fumes. There were few kitchen utensils, and they were worn out or completely broken. The toilet smelled, and its cracked seat broke the skin. Construction work in the building went on for a long time and was noisy. There were cockroaches too.

The heating and hot water were excellent. The apartment is basic, but it has everything equipped and offers great value for money.
