Seabel Rym Beach Djerba Hotel

We had a wonderful holiday at Seabel Rym Beach Djerba as a couple with our 1-year-old baby. It’s a very family-friendly hotel, and the staff made the stay special. Everyone, from reception through the service team, was welcoming and helpful, whether we needed to book tours or organize activities. We highly recommend it for families with young children.

The bar staff and friendly entertainment team rescued our stay. Azza B'saad 🍀 has a way of making everyone around her smile. She’s incredible and deserves to be promoted to chef.

The welcome was warm, and we got a detailed explanation of everything about the hotel when we arrived. Having the hotel app was really handy, and there’s free Wi-Fi everywhere, even at the beach. Food and drinks had a wide selection, better than at some other 4 🌟 hotels. The animation was great, the waiters were very friendly, and the cleaning service was TOP. I recommend this hotel 👌

The resort has a good location, a pleasant pool area, and bars by both the pool and beach. Staff were generally friendly and willing to help, but the dining, hygiene, and facilities fell well short of what I expected. I can’t fully recommend it despite the staff’s efforts. The food was mediocre at best, and the resort seemed unable to handle the number of guests. The buffet was crowded at every meal, with frequent shortages of cups, cutlery, dishes, and even cloth napkins, which were often dirty. Food sometimes ran out within 30 minutes of opening, and there wasn’t enough restocking. Staff were stretched thin and held back by an inefficient layout. I saw waiters disappear for more than 10 minutes just to fetch ice, which suggests the facilities are poorly arranged. Cleanliness was inconsistent. Rooms met the bare minimum, but buffet tables were often left uncleared or poorly wiped between guests. Wi-Fi was practically useless, slow, unstable, and unreliable. I’m including a photo of the shower facilities a 4-star hotel provides for guests before they leave for the airport.
