Yadis Hammamet Club

The beach was wonderful, and the food was delicious. Everyone was respectful and the service was great. I hope I get to come back ❤️

I was satisfied with my stay. The room was perfectly clean, and all the hotel employees were pleasant, from maintenance and reception to the waiters and chefs.

The pool was clean and we had a great time for what we paid. The food was fine, but the hammam and spa were bad. The animation team was amazing, shout-out to the twins, mimi, ghassan, mahedi…

Breakfast was nice, and the buffet had a variety of food. We’d paid a fair price for breakfast and dinner, but people piled food onto their plates and wasted it, so the buffet ran short and we had to wait for dishes to be cooked and replenished. The same happened with desserts. There was evening animation for the children, and the hotel is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Our room was good and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our room had a fridge and all the towels. The pool of parking spaces advertised by the hotel was actually a ring road inside the gate with no marked spaces. Cars were left along both sides, while the sheltered marked bays were chained shut and apparently reserved for staff. Two other spaces stayed locked and empty all night and into the next day, so some guests had to park on the street. Checking out was the worst part of the stay. We went to reception before the noon checkout time to return the keys, but an older man told us to wait for a checkout paper. He was taking keys and writing down numbers, then got mixed up, leaving everyone crowded and frustrated. He said no one could leave through the hotel gate without the paper. Some guests got theirs immediately while others were left waiting, and he was rude to customers. After about 30 minutes, we decided to go to the car anyway. Security stopped us in the car park and said we couldn’t leave without the paper. I’m pregnant and just wanted to get out, by then about an hour after we’d started checking out. The security manager had to walk back to reception, fetch our paper, and bring it to the gate before we were allowed out. The whole process was silly and made us wait for no reason. It put a real damper on the trip. Everything else was good, apart from the parking and the hotel not letting people leave.
