[ Mid July 2025] We got in at 2 am and were first given a room with a mini fridge but a broken central AC. It was very hot outside and we were sweating in the room, so we asked to move. The central AC in the next room was broken too, and there was no mini fridge. We also found a live cockroach and had to kill it. By then it was late and we were too tired to request another room. Breakfast was very basic, and the "juice" was bad. When we mentioned the AC problem, the response was just, "but it works." Thankfully, we only had to stay the night.

The only pleasant part was the cat outside. The pool was murky with a slight green tint, leaves and bugs floating in it, and it didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The chairs were faded and cracked, with very old towels draped over them. There was hardly any shade, and a broken fountain in the corner just made the area look worse. It was hard to imagine enjoying a swim there. Breakfast was just as bad. Staff helped themselves to the best buffet food and piled their plates high. While we were still eating, they hovered, glanced impatiently at us, and checked their watches, clearly wanting everyone out so they could finish up and leave. They practically pushed us toward the door, making us feel like an inconvenience. I've never felt like I was in a horror movie like this.

The restaurant was a letdown, and the food was so poor I wouldn't recommend it. The pool was filthy and the murky water made it unusable. Most rooms had air conditioning that didn't work, so we were left dealing with unbearable heat. My stay at this hotel in Jarjis was a disaster, far below even basic expectations. I strongly advise against staying here.

The rooms were spacious, and since the hotel was empty with only a few tourists, they gave us a nice room. Still, the pool was really dirty, the food was not good at all, and there was no animation. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well either. They initially couldn't find our booking, even though we showed them the invoice and voucher. We were angry, and it took more than two hours before they sorted it out. There are many things this hotel could improve.

The staff were very friendly, but that wasn't enough when what we got didn't match what was advertised. The hotel hasn't been properly repaired or maintained since 2019. Our room was supposedly cleaned daily, but once during our seven nights the floor wasn't mopped. The food was tasteless, and somehow even the coffee was salty. The hotel's beach area was poorly maintained too. Most sunbeds were broken and badly fixed, and the umbrellas were in poor condition. The nearby city was very dirty, and taxi was the only way to get there. It cost around 10-13 dinars, so don't accept an offer for more than that.
