Mrs. Wafa and the team made our family feel so welcome and took great care of us. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the amenities were great, and the hospitality was top-notch throughout. We can’t wait to visit again.
The rooms at Les Quatre Seasons Djerba were filthy and in awful shape, with spiders and cockroaches. The bathroom couldn’t be used because the drain didn’t work at all. Food quality was very poor, completely unacceptable for a hotel in this category, and the reception staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, with no hospitality. The all inclusive offer was misleading too. My booking said all inclusive, but drinks had to be paid for after 11 PM. That felt dishonest and unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and I strongly advise people to avoid it.
we had a lovely holiday in tunisia djerba. the animation team kept us from getting bored, and they were such kind, lovely people. we really enjoyed the shows and daytime program. we had a great time at this hotel
The food and swimming pools are still nice, but the resort has gone downhill compared with two years ago. I hope they improve it, especially the reception staff.
