The room felt old, and the glass on the table was broken. There was no lock on the balcony door, which didn't feel safe day or night. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and some rooms couldn't get a proper connection. The air conditioning wasn't working in any of the rooms, and when I asked, the explanation was that Tunisia doesn't get hot enough to need AC. Really? There are also 20 stairs to climb before you reach the lobby. The receptionist kept my passport and said I'd get it back at checkout in the morning. This place doesn't deserve three or four stars, maybe zero or one. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's a great place, but watch out for people outside who try to charge you for parking if you arrive by car. I didn't pay them.

I was there for 10 hours on a work trip, and it was unbearably hot in the room. Outside it was +42 deg, the air conditioning didn't work, there was no internet in the room, and reception offered no help. I almost died from the heat. The nearby beach looked dirty, and it was narrow and almost completely occupied by people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
