The pool was quiet, and we found a bed every day. The hotel was clean, the room was checked daily, and there was a good choice of tasty food and drinks. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay so nice. Check-in was a bit confusing at first, but after that it was one of the best hotels. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Entertainment was at the hotel next door, with something different each day and good music.

The animation team made the holiday for me. They took time to connect with guests, were kind and approachable, and kept bringing positive energy. Activities were thoughtfully put together, and the evening shows had humor, music and impressive choreography. You could tell they put a lot into every performance. There was something for all ages, from morning pool activities and beach games to the evening shows that got everyone together. Their enthusiasm made the atmosphere welcoming from the moment we arrived. Thanks to them, Thalasso Hotel felt full of life and good memories. I was there alone over New Year and had a fabulous holiday. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, and my bungalow room was a good size, with a very comfortable king sized + bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Kamina cleaned it spotlessly every day. I booked an all inclusive break through easyJet. The buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the attentive, friendly staff made the stay especially enjoyable. Thanks in particular to Hamdi. I’d have no hesitation booking here again.

Mr. Jasser at reception completely changed how I felt about the hotel. He could see how nervous and stressed I was, sat me down, spoke patiently, offered a drink and calmly settled me. I’d been insisting on cancelling, but his empathy and excellent service convinced me to stay. I ended up extending my booking and stayed five weeks. Please recognise and support him, because his respectful manner made me feel safe and welcome. Thanks for turning a very difficult arrival into a positive, memorable experience. My arrival had started badly. I’d booked one week at Cesar Thalasso in Djerba, Tunisia, but security stopped me outside and kept me there for about twenty minutes without a justified reason. I had my passport, yet they didn’t try to check my name or passport details with reception to confirm the booking. I had no internet access then to show it either. It caused unnecessary stress after traveling and felt unprofessional, disrespectful and inexperienced. A quick call to reception would have sorted it out.
