Most of the staff were kind and friendly, which we appreciated. The indoor pool is a good size and we enjoyed the steam room, though a few reception interactions were unhelpful. Still, for a hotel advertised as five-star, this felt closer to three-star quality and didn’t offer much atmosphere. The old, gloomy decor carried into our small room, with tired furniture and a persistent smell of smoke. The toilet and sink being in separate rooms was inconvenient. The private beach was poorly kept, with dirty sunbeds, litter, and no staff looking after it. There was no Wi-Fi there either, and although nearby hotels had fast connections, we were too far from them to connect. In the hotel, Wi-Fi was terrible, around 2 Mbps, and kept dropping out, making messages, browsing, and video calls almost impossible. Other nearby hotels reportedly had 120+ Mbps. We were told there was a shuttle to the beach, but when we asked about it, staff said to walk instead. It’s only six minutes, but they shouldn’t offer the shuttle if they won’t provide it. Food was average, about what I’d expect at a three- or four-star place, with nothing special at breakfast or dinner. The hotel mostly seemed to cater to elderly French tourists. As a young couple, we were surprised to see just one other couple around our age during our five-night stay. For the price, it didn’t feel worth it or like five-star quality.

We had a good break despite the cold, windy winter weather. The hotel was warm throughout, and the beds were very cozy. The indoor pool was the warmest I’ve ever experienced, and we enjoyed the sauna too. We didn’t use the spa, but had a look around and it seemed clean and well maintained. The buffet had a fantastic selection and stayed stocked until service ended. Since it was low season, only one restaurant and bar were open. We were all-inclusive and appreciated the range of hot and cold drinks. There was simple entertainment each evening, with the traditional dance night being the best. The hotel is a fair way from the main areas of Jasmin Hammamet. It took 15 minutes to walk to the roundabout at the end of the road, then another 20 minutes along to the Marina. The beach was a short walk away, though we also saw a transfer vehicle. Activities seemed to happen daily, but nothing was advertised. On our last day, the animation team invited us to a cooking session. We really enjoyed it and wished we’d known about activities earlier. My husband turned 70 during the trip, and the restaurant staff helped make it special.

We stayed in the quiet part of Yasmine Hammamet and found the hotel amazing. The rooms had been renovated recently, the staff were friendly, and the service was outstanding. The spa was out of this world, highly recommend it.

The animation crew made this holiday so much fun, with loads of activities and never a dull moment. They did a fantastic job. The food was fabulous too, and the hotel was amazing. We had a fantastic September 2025 holiday and I’d definitely come back. Specially Lorenzo ❤️❤️❤️
