The spa was one of the highlights of my visit to Marriott Sousse. Ms Khadija and Ms Bouthaina kindly showed us around the sauna, indoor pool, gym and massage center. Everything felt relaxing and well organized. We also had a very good breakfast with plenty of fresh, well-prepared choices. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping was punctual and quick to respond whenever we needed something. For the view, I recommend booking a sea-view room. The beach looks breathtaking from there. The team made a strong impression from the moment I entered the lobby. They explained everything clearly and stayed attentive to our needs. Mr Hamdi showed outstanding professionalism, and Mr Tarak provided excellent customer service. It was a great stay, and I’ll be back. Thanks to everyone for representing the Marriott brand so well.

EYAT made the welcome at reception and the whole check-in process feel easy. They were friendly, professional and clear in explaining everything. Later on, they stayed attentive and responded positively whenever I had a question or request. I stayed at the Marriott from 29th January to 1st February 2026, and EYAT's care at the front desk made the visit memorable. The whole team helped make it a comfortable, pleasant stay. I’d return and recommend the hotel for its service. Thank you, EYAT and Marriott staff.

I stopped by for a drink and was treated fairly well. I ordered a digestive, and snacks arrived shortly after, just as they should in a good bar. The lobby is splendid and the hotel looks great. The range of spirits is limited, as it seems to be at hotels around Sousse, perhaps throughout Tunisia. I can't say much about the rooms or the hotel itself, but I'm sure it's better than the places around Marriott.

We booked five nights through Love Holidays for our family trip during my son's midterm school holiday in October 2025, but left after just one. The website had advertised a kids' club, activities and facilities for children. On arrival, we found out the club had been shut for several months and there were no children's activities. That was a major reason we'd picked this hotel. The room was dirty too. There were hairs on the sheets, and the pillow stuffing was lumpy and uneven. The remote had no battery cover, which worried me because a child could put the battery in their mouth. The door lock was broken, and there was visible dust and wear throughout the run-down facilities. We asked for the manager but were told they were busy in meetings. When I asked reception about leaving early and getting a refund, they sent me to the booking agent. No one offered a solution, so we checked out the next day rather than let the family holiday be ruined. This was the worst five-star Marriott stay I've had. I've been a Gold Elite member for years, and it's seriously affected how I think of the brand. I asked Love Holidays for a refund, but for months they said the hotel hadn't responded and offered no resolution. I still haven't received a reply. If management sees this, I'd appreciate an explanation and proper follow-up.
