I'm staying here now, and Hamza gave me a really warm welcome. He was kind and helpful. It's very quiet, spotless, and feels completely secure, with video surveillance in the parking lot. Keep in mind it's a bit of a distance if you're without a car. Otherwise, I'd rate it 9/10. Value for money gets 9.5/10, cleanliness 9/10, location 8/10, and Wi-Fi 10/10. Enjoy your stay!

I've rented apartments here in Sousse for years, and this is the only place I use. The residence is secure and very clean, and the apartments have everything you need. The manager, "Hamza", is always there for you and gives a warm welcome. It's a little far from the beach, about a 15-minute walk, and 3 km from Port Kantaoui. Highly recommend it. Have a good holiday.
