There wasn't even a fridge in the room, which is a real problem if you need to keep medicine cool, and one of the lights didn't work. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The bed was dirty, dust was everywhere, and the floor had no carpet. The food was below standard, and staff didn't listen to complaints and acted unprofessionally.

The staff made us feel welcome and were friendly and helpful throughout. Everything was organized well, and the atmosphere was lovely. I came away more impressed than I expected and would happily return. Definitely recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The food was really good, and most of the other staff were nice and fine to deal with. The man at reception was the exception. There were bugs all over the pool, and they only have one hair dryer. They didn't seem to care when someone else needed it. The sheets were dirty too.

The buffet has plenty to choose from, but the meat was all overcooked. Most dishes have a faint local herbal flavor, which might suit you or might not, so I'd try a little before going back for a full second plate. WiFi only really works in the lobby.

The pool is nice, and the WiFi works well, which isn't always a given in Tunisia. The staff were helpful and friendly. Cleanliness could be better, but this felt like a three-star hotel.
