The Nine Lifestyle Experience

A fantastic atmosphere, with live bands, refined food, and a perfect selection. The decor is one of a kind and brings Tunisian antiquity together with modern style in a tasteful way. It’s a true concept store where artisans gather to offer original, unique products. The best place I’ve ever visited, a must-see.

I felt embarrassed in front of my relatives because I was the one who suggested this place. We were six people and waited around 40 minutes, but only four plates came out. The other two orders had been forgotten, so we waited another 20 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was wrong. We got different items from what we ordered, and it was undercooked, as the picture shows. I ordered fried chicken and got grilled chicken instead. Neither the staff nor the manager apologized. I’d never recommend this place.

All style and little substance. It looks like the kind of hotel you see in TikTok videos, but it barely manages to accommodate you. The rooms are small and awkwardly laid out, with no fridge and no room service. The shower leaks all over, and check-in was a complete mess with everything wrong. I don’t recommend it unless you just want nice selfies.

This was my second stay at the Nine Lifestyle Experience Hotel in Tunis, and it keeps getting better. The atmosphere and the people are why I returned. Everyone, from security and reception to the room attendants and barmen, was professional, polite, respectful, and truly welcoming. They make you feel valued, which is rare. The place is striking, with a nostalgic feel alongside modern, high-tech touches. It’s spotless and well maintained, and I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. The comfort, cleanliness, and small details all feel carefully handled. I’ve traveled a lot, but this hotel stands out for its hospitality, service, appearance, and technology. It’ll always be my first choice in Tunis. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
