I would not recommend this accommodation. We stayed here for three nights. The staff were unhelpful. Our room was not cleaned and dirty in general. Most PowerPoint did not work. The air-conditioning barely cooled the room. The room was plagued with cockroaches. There was a lot of road noise. We would’ve left and stayed elsewhere, but we’re unable to get accommodation.

An absolute joke of a place. Had a confirmed booking for 4 rooms and they decided after we booked that they would prefer to give the rooms to the a Tongan football team. We said we wished to cancel and the GM said they would honour our booking. Then weeks later, only a few weeks out from the trip they again sent a cancellation request that you can only decline if you pay. Called to pay and they were SO rude, refused to take payment for the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE - the most unprofessional joke of a hotel.

The room was spacious and had adequate basic amenities like TV and hairdryer. There were frequent blackouts especially late at night and usually lasted until morning. Friendly and helpful service staff. The hotel is conveniently located in the town centre within reasonable walking distance to eateries, supermarket and shops.
