Winnies B&B

Liz made me feel at home and took the time to help me plan my adventures around Tonga. I was traveling alone, so I really appreciated that. I stayed for 2.5 weeks back in February, and although this review is long overdue, I loved every moment. My room was super clean and safe, breakfast was included, and the city center was about a 5 minute drive away or a 30/35 minute walk. There were a few convenience stores just minutes away on foot in either direction. Breakfast had cereal, toast, and fresh fruit, which was lovely. If I'm ever back in Tonga, I'll return to Winnie’s. Highly, highly recommend it. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you so, so much for everything, Liz!

It was quiet, and when the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. They helped us get a driver, and it was only a 20 minute walk to town and the restaurants. Our room had a mini fridge, so we could bring home leftovers. The bed was so comfortable, the air conditioner nice and cold, and the bathroom looked brand new. Every morning they brought us a fresh plate of fruit, and the bananas from their trees were so sweet. Such a wonderful experience!!!

I stayed for 5 days, and Elizabeth was friendly, hospitable, and helpful. She answered my questions and requests promptly, with great customer service. The fresh fruit at breakfast was just what I needed on a warm sunny day. I also really appreciated having my laundry done on Friday.

Liz and her family took wonderful care of my family and me during our stay at their B&B. It's a neat, family-friendly place in a safe location, not too far from town. The rooms are tidied every morning, and there are fresh fruits in the fridge each day. They also provide cereal, milk, bread, and the necessary kitchen appliances. It felt especially secure for a visit with young children. We'll definitely visit again.
