10/10
The hotel sits right in the city center, so the main attractions and points of interest were easy to reach. We had a very pleasant stay, with excellent service and staff who were especially friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was nice. I stayed for a week in January, and the hotel staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. Haci at reception and his attractive assistant were both so helpful and kind. Thanks, and see you again. Best wishes, Mr Graham.

The underground parking and the friendly staff were the only good parts for me. The rooms are old, some things are broken, and the old AC is loud. Worse, there are bedbugs, and the staff or owner don’t seem to take it seriously. Please treat this hygiene problem seriously. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, but the rooms need maintenance. Breakfast also needs to improve.

Breakfast was amazing, and Pınar Hanım and Fatma Hanım, thank you for your hard work. The reception, cleaning, and kitchen teams were all so nice, like one big family))) I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was great.
