The rooms were dirty, and the food was really bad.

We arrived very late with an SSC tour and were supposed to have dinner there. What we got was dip, rice and salad, so it didn't feel like a full meal. Maybe dinner is different if you arrive in the evening, I don't know. The lobby staff looked after us. Our room had three separate beds and a clean bathroom, though getting the doors open was a real hassle. You have to swipe the card right away, and the doors seem to stick. Everyone on the SSC tour had the same problem. There was a little hair on my bed, but nothing else, and there was water in the refrigerator. We got up and left for Nemrut at 2 am. I guess the tours have some arrangement, since we saw a sign for "Pen Hotel" in Nemrut, so it might be a hotel that works with tours. When we came back for breakfast, there was a boiled egg and an omelet that looked like breaded fish. We generally didn't like the food, but the rooms were clean. In our opinion, one of the most important things about the hotel is that it was completely undamaged in the 7.5 magnitude earthquake. Perra Hotel was one of the two hotels that didn't see it. That's how it is.

The staff were helpful, and the overall environment was tidy, but the room cleanliness fell short of what we expected, especially general hygiene. More attention to that would have made us more comfortable. Breakfast was standard, though I would have liked a wider selection of local products. We stayed as part of a GAP tour, and for a short stay it was an average experience.

This is my second time here, and we're staying because we have to. The price is cheap, the building seems solid, there's parking, and they serve tea in the cafeteria. But the breakfast is very poor, the bathrooms are old, and the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. At 10 at night they were plastering the hallways. Adıyaman doesn't have a decent hotel anyway, but the service could be better. The current management needs to change.
