Akrones Thermal Spa Convention Hotel

The buffet has lots of food choices, and the rooms are large. Seems like a nice place for families. I do think they need more staff who can speak English.

We made good use of the hotel's services, available from 7:00-22:00, which made it easy to spend a slow day resting. The massage and skin care options were enjoyable too. The fitness area is well equipped, and there are several pool sections. Our favorite was the outdoor thermal pool, with cold snowy weather outside and hot water inside. We spent five days here as a family and stayed in a family suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. It was beautiful and very clean, with soft beds and fresh, velvety bedding. There was a fantastic range of food, from green herbs and traditional dishes to lots of desserts and fruit. The staff were polite, helpful, and easy to reach. The location worked well for us, just a five minute walk from a shopping square with popular brands. Thank you, Akrones.

The food was really tasty, and the spa was excellent, with 10 swimming pools. A wonderful hotel.

The spa and thermal areas were the best part for me. There are several pools, including mixed, women-only, and kids' areas, plus saunas and steam rooms. The water was a good temperature, and the wellness center was clean and organized. The massages were professional, though a bit expensive. I've visited many thermal hotels, and I think Akrones Hotel is one of Türkiye's largest and best-known thermal spa resorts, with plenty of facilities for families, couples, and wellness travelers. Our family suite was modern, spacious, and comfortable. It had two single beds in the main bedroom and one double bed in the second; the singles could be a little bigger for an adult. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide choice of Turkish and international dishes, and most were tasty. Most staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at reception and in the spa. My stay was relaxing overall.
