The receptionist was so kind, honestly the greatest man alive. Great location too, it was real good.

The managers were friendly, and the air conditioning worked, but those were the only two good points. Our pool-level room was dirty and mouldy, with hair and dirt all over, especially in the bathroom, and the duvet seemed unwashed. The balcony door was very hard to open and close. A bathroom pipe from the air conditioning dripped litres of water every day, and the fridge only worked in its freezer section. One morning there was even a dying cockroach in the kitchen. Absolutely not worth the money.

The pool was a good size, set in a nice spot, and seemed well suited to kids. Our room was clean and a decent size, and the receptionist was polite and helpful. The place is tucked away from the town centre bustle, and we found it a pleasant place to stay with family. Great value, highly recommended.

Nail was a really nice owner, and I especially enjoyed talking with him. He even took me for a ride in the sidecar of his motorcycle, which was super cool. The staff were friendly and checked on us during a thunderstorm. The beds were comfortable and the price was great. We didn't use the pool because there was a beautiful beach nearby, Rahat Beach. Thanks for all the recommendations, Nail, they were top notch. A memorable trip and stay. We'll be back soon!
