The private beach was the highlight for me, and there’s a shuttle running every hour if you don’t want the 20-minute walk. The public beach is only about five minutes away, though it wasn’t anything special. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well organized, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. It’s all-inclusive at the hotel and beach, apart from the à la carte restaurants. Oktay at the Pool bar made great cocktails and was helpful with everything. Berkay in the restaurant was especially sweet and helpful, and Fatma at the Lobby bar was lovely too.

Fátma at the lobby bar was so welcoming and made the best cocktails in the hotel. Her customer service was great. The stay itself was a good experience, though the food could be tricky if you’re pescatarian. They served the same fish every night, and I didn’t enjoy how it tasted.

A new place that’s worth a visit. Service was great throughout, especially at the Lobby bar, and Fatima was lovely.

The food was unbelievably bad. There wasn’t an outdoor snack bar or ice cream, and the lifts took ages. My room wasn’t cleaned at all, and there wasn’t even a drink in the fridge. The beach was another letdown. You have to pay for drinks there, and I’d expect to be disappointed. There are plenty of other negatives I could mention, but I’ll leave it there.

It was disappointing trying to get in touch with the hotel before arriving to discuss allergies. I had a hard time reaching them.
