I've stayed here a few times and like the friendly staff. But the rooms aren't okay, and there are bedbugs. My arms and stomach are red and swollen. Please clean and disinfect the rooms thoroughly.

The staff were great, though I wasn't impressed by the food. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the sea, city center and castle. I think I'll come back in the future.
