Long Beach Alanya - Ultra All Inclusive

The food was the biggest letdown. The hotel presented it as a large, varied selection, but we saw only a small range served day after day. It tasted bland and seemed carelessly cooked, and the meat and mince had a strange smell. We tried cocktails at several hotel bars, but each tasted different. We also felt some bar staff favored foreign tourists over Turkish locals. We did appreciate the clean rooms and hotel, and the cleaning staff were kind and nice to talk with. We were given a lovely garden-facing room on the villa side even though we'd paid for a standard one, though its TV didn't work. Some staff were hard to approach, and I had several rude encounters. One staff member repeatedly told children at the pool to be quiet because it was late, although it was only around 5 pm and they weren't disturbing anyone. The children became visibly uncomfortable. On another occasion, bar staff spoke badly about customers in Turkish in front of guests, which felt very unprofessional. My partner and I spent a week at Long Beach after getting a few recommendations, but the stay didn't meet our expectations and left us disappointed. This was our experience, and not every staff member was rude or necessarily shared our view of the food. We still enjoyed parts of the trip, but don't think we'll return.

The children had so many activities to enjoy, and the food offered a delicious range each day. The hotel was comfortable and clean, too. Fatih aslan and the other waiters were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our only issue was the air conditioning, which didn't work properly and left the rooms quite warm at times. We had a wonderful stay at Long Beach Alanya and will probably return next year.

First time in Turkey, and we were very happy with the hotel. It's a great family place, with loads for kids to do and really helpful staff. All-inclusive means everything is included, from food to rides and attractions. We had a lot of fun and a great holiday. Five stars! ;)

The evening shows were enjoyable to watch, and they were run in a professional, well-organized way. We also loved the animation team and the food. The team stayed energetic and friendly, involving guests throughout the day with activities for adults and children. There was always something to do, so the entertainment never felt lacking. We had a very enjoyable holiday at Long Beach Hotel.
