We came in on our second night in Alanya because the restaurant looked nice from outside. I ordered a burger for my main and the attached starter. The burger went down okay, but soon after I got an upset stomach. It kept me up all night, and I was vomiting and had diarrhoea the next day. Not a pleasant experience. I'd be cautious about trying it.

We ordered a mixed grill for five and were clear that we wanted the meat medium. It came very well done. When I asked the manager to inspect the plate and whether that counted as medium, he seemed lost and said, “Here we call this medium.” I asked what temperature they cook meat to for medium, but he had no idea and said they just look at it and don't have a thermometer. After a very long conversation, I tried to explain how meat should be cooked. He only admitted the kitchen had got it wrong after I pulled out my phone and googled medium tenderloin. Don't waste your time or money here.

We've been twice, and all seven of us enjoyed our meals, from the 8-year-old to the 75-year-old. The food was delicious, and the staff were fantastically friendly without being pushy. Best place we've tried in Oba. We sincerely recommend it! ❤️

My friend was also overcharged for food and drinks, so be very careful if you go. This felt like a tourist trap, and places like this give Turkey a bad reputation. The English breakfast poster showed three sausages, but mine came with one. Thankfully there was only one, because it was disgusting and smelled off. The whole breakfast was wrong in every way, and it cost nearly ten UK pounds. I uploaded a photo of what an English breakfast should look like, in case the owner sees this. I know I'm in Turkey and maybe shouldn't have expected a full English, but the hard sell and the price made me think I was in for a treat. Instead, I had to wait until I got back to the UK to make my own. Totally ripped off. Be warned.
