The buffet was delicious throughout our ten days, and the rooms were kept neat and clean. The towel service was a nice extra, too. Our kids had a fantastic time, especially with the slides and the lively activities run by Kids Club Ma&me&Pa. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service was excellent. We’d have appreciated organized local excursions, even if they cost extra. There are lots of choices nearby, but it can be hard to tell which are reliable, and booking through the hotel would feel safer. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

Veronika at the front desk made a lasting impression on us at Platinum Sign Hotel. She greeted us warmly from the start and was professional, attentive, and quick to help. Her answers to our questions were prompt and kind, and the tips she shared helped make our stay more comfortable and memorable. She also handled problems quickly and clearly cared about guests’ comfort. People like Veronika contribute a lot to the service and hospitality at Platinum Sign Hotel. We’ll gladly recommend the hotel to friends and acquaintances, and hope to return.

The food had lots of variety and tasted great, especially the sweets and sensational baklava. The rooms, pool, and beaches were clean, and the manager and staff looked after us throughout the holiday. Everyone was attentive and made an effort to help guests enjoy their stay. The hotel is newly built to a high standard, and has everything you need, so you only need to bring clothes. It’s worth every bit of the money. I’ll recommend it to all my friends in Romania!

The sea was the best place to cool off. The pools felt a little too warm for me, but the water was clear, calm, and refreshing, especially in the morning. For a smaller all-inclusive hotel, this place really exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly in the summer heat. The food was generally good, with quality ingredients, plenty of choice, and fresh items available. A few buffet dishes could have used more seasoning, though I understand they cook for guests from all over. The burgers were the one real letdown wherever we tried them. Luckily, there were plenty of other options available around the clock.
