Ck Palace Hotel

We had a great five-day holiday here and honestly can't think of anything bad to say. The hotel is stylish, new, and clean, and sits right in the heart of the city, so you can quickly and easily walk to all the monumental places. Yusuf and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. We loved staying here and felt it was definitely worth the price. Thanks again, everyone.

Our clothes were put into our suitcases by the hotel without our permission, and items went missing. They moved us to another hotel without telling us, emptied our room, and left the suitcases outside with no one watching them. We had to wait an hour for a room at the other hotel, losing time from our trip. The rooms here were dirty, small, and didn't even have soap to wash our hands. This was a totally unprofessional place, if it can even be called a hotel. Taking and handling our belongings like that was an invasion of privacy. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

At 6pm, our confirmed booking was cancelled when we arrived, under false pretense. We were left out on the street to find somewhere to sleep.

The room was filthy, with a cockroach crawling up the wall. Under the bed I found dust, dirt, rubbish, and even a condom that looked untouched for years. The towels had what looked like stains and blood, and I couldn't bring myself to use them. I added pictures of what was under the bed so you can judge for yourself. I'm sharing this to help the next person considering a booking. The location felt terrifying to me, in one of the dirtiest and least safe areas I've seen. There was garbage everywhere, and groups nearby made me feel incredibly unsafe. Walking outside felt dangerous. Service was awful too. The man at the front desk seemed irritated that I'd booked a room and was dismissive and rude when I asked for help. I'm still shocked by the experience. I would never recommend this place. If you're considering it, maybe book just one night to see for yourself, but don't spend more money there. It was a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone.
