I was so unhappy with the place that I went back to read the reviews, even though I'd already posted mine below. It looks like another business trying to raise its ratings with fake accounts and people giving five stars. Respect, knowledge, service, hygiene, all a big fat zero. If you choose to go, you'll waste your money or end up humiliated for what you paid. :)

This may be the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We had to stay because it was our first time in Amasra and we had nowhere else to go. We picked it because it was cheap, and they put us in what they called a budget room. It smelled damp, the sheets were dirty, the faucet didn't work, and the bathroom water was cold. There was no cleanliness at all. I paid 1500 lira and don't forgive a single penny. Don't let anyone go, and you've already discouraged those who did. (Imagine the cleanest part of the room in the photo.)

We didn't get our money's worth, and both this hotel and Amasra as a whole disappointed us. The business couldn't meet the room's needs; hot water ran out before evening, and it wasn't hygienic. Breakfast was another failure: they couldn't even serve a decent cup of tea in the morning. Parking was inadequate, and customer satisfaction didn't seem to matter.
