The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room had a great mountain and river view. It’s a good hotel in central Amasya, right on the riverbank. Two things fell short for me: the internet was good, but I had to sign in every five minutes or less, and breakfast had very limited choices.

The lunch was amazing, and having tea and a rest in the lobby was lovely too. The hotel is close to the center, the bazaar, and many of the well-known historic and tourist spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My expectations were exceeded. The rooms are large, with views of the Yeşil Irmak River, the city’s best-known landmark. Everything was clean and well equipped: internet, summer air conditioning, winter heating, a smart TV, a small fridge, a kettle for tea and coffee, and even personal hygiene supplies. The bathrooms were clean and sanitized, and the room smelled musky. I highly recommend it. I had a fantastic stay.

A beautiful city and a perfect location, with a newly rebuilt reception area. But the rooms were poorly maintained: no soap, shampoo, or proper linen. The service was bad.

The hotel is right by the river and close to the city center. Rooms are large with river views, though the furniture is quite old. Breakfast is good, with a variety of dishes. There’s lots of car parking, and the hotel is often full on weekends. I couldn’t get a room twice.
