The owner was indifferent and irresponsible, and the low price isn't worth it. The place was cold and filthy everywhere, and the people coming and going didn't seem trustworthy. I'd spend a little more for somewhere much nicer. You'd be better off on the street.

The people coming and going gave the place a bit of a brothel-like feel.
