After a long journey, we asked to check in quickly at Bahçelievler Hotels, but receptionist Kübra was dismissive and rude. She told us to wait five minutes, had us repeat questions, and kept chatting with other guests instead of helping. The staff had no name badges, which made it hard to identify anyone. We later posted about the experience on Google. Management asked us to take the review down. When we wouldn't, the manager said a refund was ready and that we had to leave right away. We felt pressured and worried about our safety, so we left. Even Expedia's customer service representatives told us the hotel staff had rudely hung up on them when they called for help. The whole experience felt intimidating and deeply unprofessional. It left us with a very negative impression, and we'd advise other travelers to avoid staying here.

The street noise was pretty loud at night, which makes sense given all the cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. The location is great if you want to be around places to go out, but probably not if noise bothers you while sleeping. Inside, our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the bathroom was clean too. The bed was especially comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was clean, the tea was great, and the croissants were delicious. Guests also get a discount at Gloria Jean's Coffee.

The rooms are modern, beautiful, and spotlessly clean, and the staff were always attentive and ready with a smile. Breakfast was great, and there’s a lovely coffee bar downstairs. Parking was easy too. The staff made sure the car was safe and moved it if needed. The location works well for everything, and the service was great for the price. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The whole place has a relaxing feel, even the smell makes you feel at ease. The hotel and rooms are clean, and the staff do a great job with the service, right down to the small details. If you’re visiting ankara, I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation.
