The location was peaceful, and the desk staff and cleaners were gentle, welcoming, and helpful. Hospitality has been amazing, and I'm enjoying my stay. The rooms are spacious and neat, with daily cleaning and plenty of things provided for guests. The complimentary breakfast is filling and offers a huge variety of dishes to suit your requests. Water, tea, and coffee are free all day and night. It has been a surprisingly fabulous experience.

It's across the city from the airport, but transport was no problem. We loved the spa, the spacious, very clean room, and the wide bathroom sink. There was plenty of cupboard space, and the lighting was good enough that you could actually see in the bathroom. Breakfast was huge and had something for every taste and style. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful, and were patient with our poor Turkish. Their kindness made our short stay memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. I forgot to return the key card, but sent it from the airport. A wonderful, quality stay. I'd recommend it to others.

I really liked this hotel. The service was great, especially from Irem, who was an absolute star 🤩

I spent September through the end of November at Cassiel Hotel, and I’d definitely pick it again next time I’m in Ankara. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Irem at reception deserves a special mention for being so service-minded. The team worked together in a way that gave me the impression of one big family. Since I’m a fussy eater, I could ask them each day to make food to suit me. I enjoyed the conversations, and other guests seemed to be having a good time too. I’d recommend the hotel to solo travelers, business visitors, and especially families passing through.

It feels so comfortable here, more like a home hotel. The style is lovely, and the staff are great. To me, it’s above a four-star level.
