The location is great, and the service was superb. The staff were some of the kindest and most helpful people I've come across. Highly recommended.

I paid for the room and left an hour later without getting a refund. It smelled like an ashtray, and the manager did nothing beyond spraying perfume, which didn't help. I tried to put up with it, but my throat started hurting, so I went back to ask for another room. As soon as I mentioned a refund, he insisted there was nothing wrong, as if I were making it up.

We're in Ankara as a team for the annual championship, and picked this place because it's close to the event. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

The morning staff were caring and great. The night staff need a management change, though. That guy wasn't friendly, and it disrupted our trip.

This was the best place I found on my trip to Turkey, and the price was great.
