This isn’t a place I’d recommend staying at. Ali’s English is terrible, and the staff are rude. A terrible place to visit.

6/10
The location is good, prices are reasonable, and the rooms are decent in a premium-quality hotel with services available. But the room service needs a lot of work. During cleaning, the cleaner touched all my belongings and did things I hadn’t asked for. I don’t know if that’s common in Turkey. The water also cut out unexpectedly one evening, though they fixed it quickly. For a hotel hoping to serve foreign business travelers seriously, there’s plenty to improve.

Levent is an incredible owner who takes pride in the hotel. My room was clean, the minibar was always stocked, and the shower water got hot straight away without any waiting. I had a great stay.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but the building and interior both need renovation and improvement. In our family room, the AC didn’t work properly and made a truck-like noise all night.

The breakfast buffet was a little limited, but still okay. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and overall the hotel is worth the price.
